About Me
My name is Ricky Hawks, Jr., and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for helping children and families thrive. I specialize in working with individuals ages 6–21 with autism, providing evidence-based ABA therapy that is tailored to each individual's unique strengths and needs.
With years of experience in assessment, treatment planning, and direct family support, my goal is to create meaningful change that lasts beyond the therapy setting. I believe in partnering closely with families, schools, and caregivers to build skills, independence, and confidence in every individual I work with.
I serve families across Central Florida, including Orlando, Kissimmee, Lake County, and surrounding areas.
At this time, we are not accepting new clients. You are welcome to complete the inquiry form, and we will keep your information on file. We plan to reopen for new client onboarding in March 2026.
